I absolutely love beauty works products and will always continue to order ( I also have extensions) . But I always have problems logging in to my account every time I order something and have to change my password and then that’s a bit awkward when I try to do it . But I do love the products but this is the only reason I gave one star less 🙃

I bought 24” tapes and used 2 packets which are usually thick enough for my hair and really good quality lasting well. This time ordering I got 2 packets and they are much thinner than usual. Iv had them in 10 days and washed them twice hoping they would thicken and they’ve already gone really ratty on the ends and snapping very easily every time I brush them. Seems like they have changed the hair & put less hair on each tape. Very disappointing after spending £400. Wont be ordering again.

I ordered Molly Maes curl kit! It is a fabulous product and from purchase to delivery, it was a very quick process!

quick and easy

The discount codes are confusing. I applied a 15% code, but it didn't deduct from my total price. I then spoke to someone on chat who gave me another discount code, but that didn't work either. I was buying for my granddaughter's birthday otherwise I would have cancelled my order.

Simple & efficient

This is the second time Iv purchased 16inch weft. The first time it was faultless but this time they were really thin and not worth the 200+ pounds.
Iv complained but they want to know what shampoo ect Iv used when it doesn’t make a different because they arrived a problem. It’s taken 3 pieces in a row to make it not look thin! Beauty works don’t care though.

It helped that I have used the beauty works products before but have always had them ordered by the salon. Great product, easy to use website and so looking forward to getting my new extensions. And a free give, what more could a girl want?

Can't even order the website is so bad

i got a sample of the 10-1 miracle spray, and i absolutely loved it! it made my hair so soft and it smells amazing! 10/10 recommend!

Bought clip in extensions from PLT and there’re ruined already after 6 weeks. The end are really snapped and dry and can’t do anything to save them. I’ve bought from here twice and both times have been awful. After the first time I thought I would give them another go but I won’t be doing it no more.
